No. The form sends a reservation request. We manually review availability and normally reply by email within 24 hours.

When does my booking become confirmed?

After availability is approved and the 50% deposit has been received.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining 50% is paid on the tour date, unless a different arrangement is confirmed by the team.

How far in advance should I book?

Please reserve at least 24 hours ahead. Same-day and next-day requests may be possible but are not recommended.
